Working on all-area soccer
I have begun calling coaches and getting their thoughts on all-area soccer. I might regret doing this, but here are the candidates for one of the three individual awards.
Offensive Player of the Year
Jacksonville’s Jimmy Johnson, Swansboro’s Christian Rhue and Richlands’ Edgar Garcia
Defensive Player of the Year
Jacksonville’s Zach Scott and Swansboro’s Tim Riggs
Coach of the Year
